Our Story

Full Circle wasn't built by a corporation or a committee. It was built by a father of four in Rocky Mount, North Carolina who knows firsthand what it means to navigate the court system. He completed the programs. He saw what was missing — platforms built for compliance, not for people. He spent every spare moment and less than $500 building something better.

The name GRXL LLC stands for Grace, Remy, Xylo, and Lex — his four children. Everything built under this company is built for them and for the people who need it most.

Our Mission

Education reduces recidivism. Research from the RAND Corporation shows that individuals who participate in education programs are 43% less likely to return to prison — and every $1 invested in correctional education saves $4-5 in future incarceration costs.

Full Circle exists to make that path as accessible, dignified, and effective as possible for anyone who needs it — regardless of reading level, language, device, or circumstance. A difficult time does not define you. Full Circle gives you the tools to move forward.

Our Team

Robert Coley — Founder & CEO

Rocky Mount, NC native. Full stack developer, systems architect, and founder of GRXL LLC. Built Full Circle from the ground up with lived experience of the court system and a vision for what court-ordered education should look like in the mobile age.

Stewart Whitaker — Community Relations & Outreach

Eastern NC native with deep roots in the communities Full Circle serves. Stewart leads relationship building with courts, probation departments, and community organizations across Nash and Edgecombe Counties.

Jamie Coley — FinTech Operations Advisor

Harvard University certified FinTech Operations professional. Jamie oversees payment infrastructure, workflow systems, and operational processes for Full Circle and the GRXL LLC portfolio.

Clinical Advisors

Full Circle curriculum has been reviewed by licensed mental health professionals and certified criminal justice practitioners in North Carolina. Our platform has been validated by active magistrates serving Nash and Edgecombe Counties.
