Our Story
Full Circle wasn't built by a corporation or a committee. It was built by a father of four in Rocky Mount, North Carolina who knows firsthand what it means to navigate the court system. He completed the programs. He saw what was missing — platforms built for compliance, not for people. He spent every spare moment and less than $500 building something better.
The name GRXL LLC stands for Grace, Remy, Xylo, and Lex — his four children. Everything built under this company is built for them and for the people who need it most.

We believe every participant — regardless of background, reading level, language, device, or circumstance — deserves a modern, mobile-friendly learning experience that actually helps them build safer, more productive lives.

Long-Term Vision
Full Circle is building a corrections operating system — starting with court-ordered education and expanding to inmate tablet rollouts, pre-release coursework, and post-release continuity. The goal is recidivism reduction at scale, and giving courts, probation departments, and counsel verifiable, tamper-resistant progress data the whole way through.
Our Team
Robert Coley — Founder & CEO
Rocky Mount, NC native. Full stack developer, systems architect, and founder of GRXL LLC. Built Full Circle from the ground up with lived experience of the court system and a vision for what court-ordered education should look like in the mobile age.
Stewart Whitaker — Community Relations & Outreach
Eastern NC native with deep roots in the communities Full Circle serves. Stewart leads relationship building with courts, probation departments, and community organizations across Nash and Edgecombe Counties.
Jamie Coley — FinTech Operations Advisor
Harvard University certified FinTech Operations professional. Jamie oversees payment infrastructure, workflow systems, and operational processes for Full Circle and the GRXL LLC portfolio.
